1. What is Activity Manager?
Activity Manager is task management software, which can be used by small and medium size companies as well as project groups to manage activities of individuals as well as teams. It is a multi- user client/ server software which works on Local Area Network (LAN) with authorized user access (each user will have a login-id and password).
2. Can you tell me more about Activity Manager?
Activity Manager Administrator maintains the employee details, holds the database of company-like company name, department, designation, user details, holidays and activity groups, and sends reminder emails.
Activity Manager Workstation helps the users to enter and manage activity details for self and to the other employees. Activity Manager is a multi-user application with multiple users accessing a common database simultaneously.
Activity Manager comes with two applications – Activity Manager Administrator and Activity Manager Workstation.
3. How many Editions are there?
Activities Manager comes with two Editions Business Editions and Home Editions. Business Editions – Manage your Business, you can hold the database of employee, you can assign a work to self and others employees , send reminder emails on pending and forth coming activites, send auto emails on activity creation, updation and delation.
Home Editions- you can manage and track your day-to-day important work and finish them on time.

- EMI payments Dates
- House rent, school fees etc
- Also helps you to remind Birthdays/ Anniversaries and important functions.
You can enter data about your activites and remember always.
4. What are benefits of Business Edition?
- Prioritize the activities in terms of importance
- Missing a task is avoided as all tasks can be recorded.

- Creates productive hours- you can assign work to employees and they have to finish work on time.

Local Area network (LAN) is a group of computers and associated devices that share a common communication line.
Usually server has the application and data storage that is shared in common by multiple computer users.
10. What is Client/ Server version?
Client server describes the relationship between two-computer programe in which client program makes a request to server program, which communicates over a computer network. Programs with in single computer can use this; it is more important idea in computer network.
11. Is Internet facility available for Business and Home Edition?
No, if the customer wants to activate e-mail configuration they required Internet connection.
12. What is the front end and backend of the Product?
Front end is (Visual Basic 6.0) and Back end (Data base) is MS ACCESS.
13. What kind of Licensing you have? Do you have monthly/ yearly/ subscription or it is Lifetime?
Lifetime
14. Should I have a server to run the ActivityManager application?
Not required. Any one computer in the LAN can work as a server.

Yes.
